Founder, Jardín Homes | Winner, 2025 WCEC Pitch Competition
With over a decade of experience as a lead MEP/FP designer and project manager, I’ve helped shape award-winning residential, commercial, and cultural spaces across the New York City area. I hold a Mechanical Engineering degree from Columbia University and am a registered Professional Engineer and LEED Green Associate.
My journey to founding Jardín Homes began during the renovation of my own New Jersey home. I witnessed how fragmented and opaque the residential construction process could be—especially when compared to my background managing large-scale NYC real estate projects. Homeowners were left juggling design decisions, budgets, and construction oversight without clear guidance.
Jardín Homes was born to change that. As a dedicated owner’s representative, I guide New Jersey homeowners from initial concept to completion—bringing clarity, structure, and peace of mind. In 2025, I was honored to win the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Pitch Competition—an acknowledgment of Jardín Homes’ mission to elevate the homeowner experience and strengthen communities. We believe a well-designed renovation enhances not just your home, but the neighborhood around it.
